Between the second half of 2012 and the beginning of 2013, more extended validation campaign involving diverse ART centres, public and private, has begun. The results regarding approximately 150 cycle/patients have revealed that Embryon is a valid support for the specialist validation of embryos with the best potential, thus better success rate, considerably superior to rates obtainable with traditional methodologies.
• 30 patients between 26 and 42 year old (average 35.92 ± 3.6)
• 75 images of embryos acquired two days after insemination and shortly before the transfer
• The likelihood for a patient, positive to proposed test, to bring the pregnancy to term is 75% ([42.8% - 93.3%] - 95% CI), in respect to 33.3% of traditional validation.
• The likelihood for a patient, positive to proposed test, to remain pregnant is 75 % ([42.8% - 93.3%] - 95% CI) in respect to 43.3% of traditional validation.
The results related to a statistically significant set of images concerning approximately 150 cycle/patients, confirm the preliminary phase results, and will be made available in a short time, after their publication in international scientific magazines.
